There was no water pressure and I had to get used to it.

View was really pretty, breakfast was very adequate, and beds were really lovely. The staff was extremely helpful, extraordinary service. Liked how the standard double room was arranged when we arrived. It was sparkling clean with free wifi. Perfect location to a scenic park.

well furnished and cosy rooms, plus the staff is fairly quiet. free breakfast, helpful service. all in all it's so clean place, they have perfect beds. top location right at queen street mall. it is set in a very secure area.

Very clean place with really comfortable beds. We asked for the queen room and it was ready when we arrived. Walking distance to shops and supermarket across the street. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus. Overall a very lovely stay — exceptional value, considering prices in other hotels.
